Whatever you choose from the ever-changing daily menu, you're guaranteed that all of the ingredients are healthy and fresh. Friendly owner Ras Bushman literally welcomes her gusts with open arms in her ultra cool place decorated with posters and other Rastafarian accoutrements. The Ital Shack is the embodiment of an organic lifestyle, but if you need convincing have a look at the library, which offers countless books about the medicinal plants, flowers and berries that are used in the juices, patties, soups and rotis served here. We highly recommend this one-of-a-kind experience.
