The brand Chronoswiss produce their mechanical watches right in the city centre of Lucerne. The best thing about it: their House of Chronsowiss is open to visitors. You can actually watch the watchmakers through glass panes as they produce the timepieces. Moreover, there is a whole exhibition showing and explaining the watchmaking process on large screens. In the dial workshop you can see how they procude the dials, using historic machines and old handicraft techniques. Another part of the exhibiton shows the history of the company. And of course there is a boutique where you can see the finished famed watches, be it the sporty Timemaster collection or the classic Sirius ones. And yes, you can buy a watch here too!
