The Ah-Hua is Zurich’s institution for quickly served and real tasty Thai food. The menu is quite epic, more of a book than a menu. All the Thai classics are there - and much, much more. We had a fresh and fiery plagung, a shrimp salad with lemon and lemongrass. The cäng pae, a hot curry soup with vegetables and duck was excellent too. The setting is very plain though (there are boxes of tissues rather than napkins on the tables), quite loud and you will be seated on long tables with other customers. But you go there for the food. At peak hours expect to queue for some minutes - or make a reservation.
