As the Sonnenberg is owned by the world football association FIFA (whose headquarters are in Zurich), it is said to be frequented by the world's football stars when they are in town. To be honest, we didn’t actually see any when we were there. But there was excellent food and a amazing view over the city. Chef Jacky Donatz stands for haute cuisine with a French touch. We tried one of his specials, the veal chop Jacky, a very succulent, tender piece of meat. Besides meat the menu features a good choice of fish including lobster.
