This is fine dining like it used to be: dark woods, lots of red, paintings and some photos of all the celebrities that have dined here make for atmosphere full of the class of days gone by. Unsurprisingly given the name of the place, the menu specialises in lobsters (hummer in German, with spaghetti, steamed, grilled or cooked), oysters (austern) and seafood. We have to say chef Moritz von Hohenzollern really knows what he is doing. Needless to say the service is outstanding too. And if your significant other is not into seafood as much as you are - they have beef tenderloin on the menu as well.
