For decades this place has been really dedicated to meat. Their speciality is a so called charbonnade, thinly sliced beef you grill yourself on a small charcoal grill right on your table! If you think this is crazy - you’re right, it is. But it’s great fun too! Just make sure you don’t wear your best suit, as the air here is rather, ehm, grilly. With the charbonnade you get homemade sauces, some pickles, and some thin cut fries if you like. It’s all you can eat as long as the grill is hot enough - which on our visit was much longer than we could take.
