This is probably as good as street food gets: the peace platter or Friedensplatte we had was heavenly! The hummus a treat, the cucumber salad perfectly seasoned and the eggplants well grilled. It was in fact so good, we had to order a second platter. We washed it down with a Taybeh beer imported from Ramallah.
