It seems like Zurich can't get enough of burgers in recent years, The Butcher being one of many openings. This one leans slightly more to the fast-food side, as the burgers come wrapped in paper, the salad in a plastic cup, but the nicely crafted interior with its wood and white tiling is inspired by a 19th-century deli or butcher. Our spicy burger with jalapenos was good, the meat tender and a little pink on the inside, the bun, however, a tad too fluffy for our taste. Service was quick and friendly. Sister restaurants at Badenerstrasse 101 and Heinrichstrasse 239.
