Humphrey’s three floors are very modern, yet still classical in keeping with the successful formula employed by this Dutch chain of restaurants. You’ll come across large, fully-stocked bookcases and glass jars filled with grains and beans. From the first floor you have a great view of the Heuvelplein, where you can sit and watch children play in the fountain in summer.
