Schiphol Amsterdam Airport (www.schiphol.nl) is the most important airport in the Netherlands. A single train journey to Tilburg from Schiphol will take you an hour and a half and costs €17. Please note that if you travel via Schiphol you'll have 10 minutes to transfer trains in Rotterdam where you’ll take the intercity train toward Venlo.
