You should have no problems filling your wallet in Utrecht (or anywhere in the Netherlands, actually). Cash machines (ATMs) -or geldautomaten as they are called in the Dutch language- are never hard to find. In Utrecht you will find these (necessary) evil machines of the modern world at the station and there are many one on the main roads to the city centre. In the centre nearly every (shopping)street has an ATM.
