It used to tease patrons with freshly grilled chicken, their juices dripping from the spits before your your very eyes, but Restaurant Blij (‘Happy’) has recently changed its menu – and, sadly, it might be for the worse. It's situated at one of the more idyllic spots along the canals and sunlit seats are abundant – inside and outside. Unfortunately, the aforementioned chicken was once Blij’s trademark dish. Now it’s deer and cod that have to win you over. Whatever makes you happy.
