Although we could emphasise that this stylish French restaurant is pricey and that a number of tables have been placed way too close together, we’d rather focus on the fact that Brass has added an incredible venue to Utrecht's growing list of excellent restaurants. The staff consists of professional experts rather than uncaring students who are only interested in a tip they rarely deserve. The classic menu may be small, but the beautifully presented dishes excel in flavour and freshness. Recommended.
