Not surprisingly, you'll find this restaurant in the heart of Utrecht's most attractive patch of green, the Grift Park. Grift Park 1 is not only an architecturally attractive building, but also a great location to enjoy a break from the city and first time visitors will never suspect that the pleasant park was once a garbage dump. Because the restaurant is frequented by residents of the nearby yuppie Wittevrouwen housing estate, the prices are slightly higher than those of comparable restaurants, but the view is quite good and maybe worth the extra cash.
