After you've survived the perilous one-way roads of Montfoort you’ll no doubt be ready for a good night’s sleep at this pleasant hotel. All of its 11 rooms are decorated in a contemporary style, but if you're looking for something unique then try the loft, which is hard to reach, but worth the effort of climbing the steep stairs. All of the guests are served breakfast at one large table, which is uncommon at many hotels, but fun especially if you enjoy socialising with fellow travellers. This is certainly in keeping with the informal and cosy atmosphere of this hotel, but don't try to cancel breakfast or you'll end up with egg on your face as we did.
