Maybe slightly off the beaten track, but certainly one of the better hangouts in the neighbourhood. Kopi Susu clearly functions as a community café, which makes it all the more pleasant. Like Lombok, the area in which it's located, it has an obvious multicultural character. In the 20th century this property housed a stylish grocer’s shop and you can still see some its original interior. Ingredients bought from the international shops on the street are used for cooking and the staff members clearly love their jobs. Crowds are never far from a good place, so prepare to wait a while to be served.
