Treasury Domplein

Two thousand years of history come to life in the Treasury, or Schatkamer, in the medieval cellars underneath the Dom Square. With new, audio-visual techniques, a stone wall tells its story in front of an audience. In the DIY cellar, visitors can browse through the past and the future of the square. One of the attractions of this one hour tour is the Roman wall, of which large parts were discovered during the building renovations. In 2013 the second Treasury will open , the one underneath the Dom Tower and Dom Church.
