With herbs from the mountains and produce from nearby farms, the food is a great reason to stop at Ara Freskia for a meal - the fantastic views of the Drinos river at Uji i Ftohte are an additional bonus. Serving everything from petulla pancakes for breakfast to sharing plates with roast peppers or cauliflower, byrek and petanik pies, baked sheeps' cheese or trout fillet - fresh from the tank. Ara also sells farm products like jam, soap tea and honey.
