The most authentic organic farm restaurant we visited around Tirana, Fustanella is named after the traditional white kilt worn by men in these regions, and sits on a hillside amid its vegetable and potato fields - where you're welcome to wander around. Once seated in the elegant dining room with fabulous valley views, you feast on fresh farm bread, delicious small meze plates and seasonal meat courses, while the farm cats hunt for scraps.
