Uncovered in a residential area in 1972, and now protected by a spectacular new roof, the archaeological remains on show here are thought to be a Byzantine-era Roman villa from the 3rd century AD. This small attraction features not only some well-preserved mosaic floors, but also a collection of beautiful carved stones with religious motifs. The brand-new visitor centre is set to open in 2025.
