When we were studying in Liverpool, Alma de Cuba was kept for special occasions and special occasions only. A truly marvellous Latin American restaurant and cocktail bar in the heart of the city, Alma de Cuba is found in the renovated St Peter’s Church, a unique location for one of the city’s best spots. The Sunday Gospel brunch is one of Liverpool’s great gastronomic bucket list experiences, and the bar’s party nights are the stuff of legend.
