Students and noodles go together like magnet and steel, so it is no great shock to find the best noodle restaurant in North Wales in the region’s biggest student centre. Noodle One has a great location on the Bangor high street and a set-up that will bring back images of noodle bars further east, all long benches and social encouragement, while the menu is full of freshly-cooked noodle dishes from Thailand, Indonesia, Japan and beyond. There are also rice and curry options, but why visit a noodle bar if you’re after a curry?
