North Wales and Snowdonia do vegetarianism quite well, with a smile on its face, with charm in its ovens and love on the plate, although we might have gone a bit overboard there. What we’re trying to say is that there are plenty of veggie options up here, be they cheery bistros or fully-fledged vegan establishments. Some stunning locations as well, although that comes as standard at this point.
