Prijedor doesn’t have a huge amount of international food options, but Papa Joe is one that stands up no matter the town. The building itself has been serving the people of the city since way back in 1905, a history that intangibly oozes out of the walls as modern European fare comes flying out of the kitchen. One of the best restaurants in town, without doubt.
