when o'briens was on botanic ave they made the best hot choc and the staff were always friendly and welcoming when i went in.

i aggree it is too expensive and all the food is bought in and dry by the time it is served to you.also the pre made sandwiches are bland to say the least and as a result of a high staff turnover especially in the university areas some of the staff dont seem to know the difference between a cappucino and a latte.i much prefer getting a sandwich made to order in my local cafe and having fresh tasty food served just as quickly as clements do.

Not consistant quality, I've had some good coffee here and some truely terrible, food not bad but over priced, all in all a decent enough place but not the best in Belfast. Ground @ Waterstone's is the best in the city at the minute.

Clements is fabulous! Great coffees, pleasant staff, nice food, decent prices and hellishly comfy chairs! Im a major fan of Rosemary Street as it is on my route to work and Im never kept waiting. My day just doesnt start properly without a touch of clements :D

To Mary (above) Can assure you (as a customer) that each drink is 'made to order' and not 'premade' - they make the best iced latte in town. Horrified when buying mine this morning to hear a customer ask for a "cappuccino to go" then refuse it as it was "too dear and cheaper round the corner". Come on customer!!!

Became very tired of this place a long long time ago.It's just good cause you always remember where there's one located as its a chain and it has comfy seats.Hot choc is good but food is overpriced considering its premade and therefore not fresh, soup is ok but sometimes feels like ur being given the same soup but under a different name.
