i was recently at eddie irvines myself and i really dont know what "Ray" is complaining about.. i thought the facilities at eddie irvines were fantastic and the karting was well worth a go.. i enjoyed every minute of being there and the staff treated us with the upmost respect.. to be fair the sp[orts centre does live up to eddies name and is well worth visiting..

Went here with a group of work colleagues, was looking forward to it especially with Irvines name, as an F1 fan.Dissapointing. The track itself was ok, if a little narrow for overtaking. The night was ruined, however, by the patronising spides who were running it. They treated us like schoolkids (grown professional men who were not mucking about) and did not explain the structure of the racing at all - we just appeared to be called into the karts randomly with no explanation of heats, semi-finals etc. Any small mistake was dealt with in a patronising manner, including a disqualification for a minor tap.In conclusion, there are better tracks out there in terms of staff (Raceview Ballymena, Superdrive Portadown etc). A world class racing driver putting his name to this was a let down.
