Belfast & Northern Ireland

A New Decade for Belfast and Northern Ireland

share

Hello 2020 and welcome to beautiful Belfast and incredible Northern Ireland.

Yes, Covid-19 has curtailed our travel plans. But for those of you lucky enough to be in Northern Ireland, staycations and a sprinkling of sunshine could just be the answer to all your woes.

We're also keeping an eye on events designed to get you out of lockdown and entertained in a safe and fun way. Click here for your dose of socially distanced inspiration.

And if you think we're over-egging our tourism offerings, then you haven't banked on the icons that are Titanic Belfast, Game of Thrones and the Giant's Causeway. A ship that sank, a series that soared and stones that stretched all the way to Scotland (allegedly) are highlights that continue to lure visitors.

Beyond the biggies, Fermanagh's beautiful lakelands, Co. Down's stunning Strangford Lough and majestic Mourne Mountains and Derry~Londonderry's historic city walls implore you to explore beyond the obvs. Please do so, you will thank us.

This year a Game of Thrones attraction and Dark Skies Observatory are preparing, if Covid allows, to attract even more keen eyes. As always, we'll be right there to report on these major openings. And email us if you have any burning questions or simply need a heads up for the perfect itinerary for singles, couples, families or friends.
