Opened in late September, this huge shopping mall sits on the spot where the famous Wertheim department store dazzled Berliners 100 years ago. The huge billion-euro mall has 270 shops with all the usual fashion and electronics retailers, a food court and supermarkets in the basement. Centrepiece is a spectacular 23-metre high covered piazza.
