When talking about Birmingham’s finest, Matthew Boulton is one of the first names that comes up. Boulton was Birmingham born and bred, and the house in which he spent his last 40 years is now a museum dedicated to the famous entrepreneur. The Soho House has been restored to match its 18th-century appearance, although the garden is now half the size it once was. Are we complaining? Most certainly not.
