Three of the city’s finest are honoured in statue form on Broad Street. Boulton, Watt & Murdoch stand deep in conversation outside the House of Sport, surely discussing their next entrepreneurial move to continue Britain’s industrial evolution. The bronze statue was unveiled in 1956.
