Not exactly located in the actual wilderness, The Wilderness is a fantastic fine dining experience in the Jewellery Quarter. The restaurant styles itself as ‘Rock and Roll Fine Dining’, and while we aren’t sure what that means we aren’t about to disagree. British food with plenty of influence from around the world.
