This giant heart monument has fast become a big hit with tourists since it was erected about five years ago. It marks the centre of the town and is one of the best spots to take in the views of the beautiful lake. More recently, love-locks have begun to appear on the small pier and numbers are quietly growing, much to the upset of the local tourist board so we don’t recommend that you attach one. What we do highly recommend however, is framing Blejski Otok in the centre of the heart and taking a photograph or two.
