A long-standing restaurant and café close to Lake Bled suitable for anyone from solitary diners to large families, the menu is positively stuffed with great dishes, many of them cooked in a home style and featuring lots of local recipes. Covering every angle and season, we’re fond of many things here including their extensive range of salads, their creamy winter soups and their reviving stew and goulash. There’s plenty of local wine to wash it all down with, plus the owners recently added a marvellous guesthouse meaning fans of the place will never have to leave the front door.
