Very bad and unfriendly service from the lady at the reception. We were missing the cash for the deposit, went to the bank to withdraw the money. Back after 5 minutes they gave the boat away. While our friends were waiting at the counter and after have made the contract. Reluctant to speak english and they talk to you neither in German but in Swiss German. Use another rental boat in Zurich.
