Absolutely magnificent. Impero Romano is everything a pizza place should be, although don’t venture into this expecting fast food. We’re happy to go on record and say that this is the best pizza place in Bosnia & Herzegovina, although that should actually be ‘pinca’ instead of pizza. This is the world’s most beloved international dish, cooked — no, created — by people who know exactly what they are doing (the owner lived in Italy for three decades and is an absolute force of nature) and why they are doing it. A fantastic atmosphere, a great story, some seriously incredible food and desserts that will get even the most ardent sweet cynic singing. Impero Romano is just about as good as it gets.
