We’re a little reticent to reference the Serbian capital, but there is something decidedly Cetinjska about Kadar. Located just off the main drag, Kadar is a lively cafe in the day and a vibrant bar at night, housing the young and beautiful of Banja Luka as the chat/dance the day/night away. The walls are covered in pop art, the beer selection is decent, the atmosphere is fantastic.
