Ostensibly a library-cum-bar, Libar seems to stock more alcohol than it does books but we’re not about to complain. This is your premier ‘living room bar’ in Bihać, a warts and all boozer that is about as cosy as this hugely underrated city gets. The walls are covered in pictures of creative icons, so use that as inspiration if inspiration be needed.
