We’re not entirely sure if it is an actual Irish Pub or not, but we don’t really care. Kelt Pub is beer central in Foča. There is plenty of space both indoors and out, and the draught Nikšičko is the crispest in the city, as one would expect from what may or may not be an Irish Pub. There is also an impressive collection of glasses behind the bar.
