It feels like a world away from the hustle and bustle of the Old Town or the busy nature of the western side of the city, and that little slice of supposed normality is what really endeared Publika to us way back when. An unassuming cafe that sticks to what it does and does it well, drinks both hot and cold fly out from behind the bar at a consistent rate as punters young and old settle into day-long conversations. There are rumours of pizza coming soon too, which we aren’t going to complain about.
