Hecco De Luxe

This restaurant and series of small hotel apartments has just been built on the very top of the JAT tower: a rickety, old apartment block sitting at the junction of Ferhadija and Marshal Tito streets, overlooking the Eternal Flame memorial to the dead partisans of World War Two.
