There’s no menu at all at this eclectic, tiny fusion restaurant set opposite Sarajevo’s music academy. The delightful owner Muamer Kurtagic just asks you what you would like. And then cooks it. The food is excellent. Even simple things like a baked potato become transformed under his hands, while the meat is to die for. Booking is a must.
