The centre of social life in Tuzla, Cafe Sloboda is a real city institution. Age is irrelevant here (we don’t mean that literally, you need to be 18+ to booze it up, obviously) as groups of youthful students sip their coffees on tables next to ageing locals talking of times gone by, further enhancing the ‘Tuzla in a nutshell’ feel of it all. The shaded outdoor terrace is a delight in summer, as is the festive market once Christmas is here. A must-visit in the city.
