One of our favourite monuments in Bosnia & Herzegovina, let alone Tuzla. Two figures stand on the city’s pedestrian street, eternally engaged in conversations about anything and everything, two creative souls forever linked by history and culture. These aren’t just two random folks though, this is Meša Selimović and Ismet Mujezinović, two of the most important artists the country has ever produced. With the pen (Meša) and the brush (Ismet) the two inspired countless emotions through the region, and this monument honours them in a subtle way.
