Located in a shopping zone just a short walk from the main pedestrian drag, Sagittarius is the sort of modern cafe that Tuzla on the whole seems to lack. The fish tank will keep young ones enraptured, while the non-alcoholic menu offers something different to the rest of the city. Nothing special but well worth a look.
