With a name that pays homage to Jaroslav Hašek’s iconic The Good Soldier Švejk, it is no surprise to discover that this Andrićgrad spot is Višegrad’s primary place for a beer. There is a decidedly-Czech atmosphere to the interior, long tables and plenty of draught beer to go around, but it is the charm and serenity of the terrace that wins out, with unbeatable views of the Drina and its most famous bridge.
