Brasov's main Tourist Information Centre (TIC) is friendly and efficient. Helpful staff will answer all your questions, hand out maps and generally do their best to help. There's also a TIC kiosk at the station, and at the News Cafe on the edge of Parcul Central.

Biroul de informatii nu mai exista in aceasta locatie. Un anunt pe usa trimite vizitatorii la poarta schei nr 1 unde nu exista un birou de informatii. Nu este o imagine buna, primaria ar trebui sa dea atentie acestui lucru, mai ales pentru turistii straini, biroul de informatii este un punct important. Pacat ca incompetenta unor functionari pateaza imaginea acestui oras minunat.

I organize the bus trip to Romania. Something confuses me though; I didn't find ANY place close to the town centre where tourist buses can park. Are there any bus parkings in Brasov? If not, what's the place where these buses can drop and pick their passengers not breaking the rules?
