Brighton

The Lanes

North Street     more than a year ago
If we were making our perfect English town, the shopping part of the equation would almost certainly come from these delightful narrow streets. The Lanes are a quintessential part of Brighton — all charm and character, picturesque to a fault and full of independent spirit. This was the original settlement of Brighthelmstone, the quint fishing village that eventually grew into what we now know as Brighton, making this the oldest part of the city. It is arguably its most Instagrammable as well.
