Arnolfini

The Harbourside is a pretty magnificent place for an art gallery, to say the least. That is where we find the Arnolfini, Bristol’s International Centre for Contemporary Arts and a veritable city institution (literal and figurative) since 1961. More than half a million visit this place every year in search of innovative art by both the living and the gone, a heartfelt gallery full of quality that goes out of its way to help you understand the context behind each piece. Educational and engaging. The cafe is rather delightful too.
