Absolute opulence, Bristol style. Built in the second half of the 19th century, Blaise Castle House is the highlight and obvious main event of the Blaine Castle Estate, although you probably don’t need us to tell you that. The mansion itself was built in the heart of 400 acres of parkland on land that previously hosted an 18th century sham castle, although there is nothing shambolic about that that sits there today. The gorgeous Blaise Hamlet is nearby, home to some of the most adorable cottages you’ll come across.
