Chef Vova is the man at the controls of the best Japanese restaurant to open in Bucharest for some time. Located in upmarket Dorobanti the setting is fantastic and the food is every bit as amazing as the surroundings. Spacious and very contemporary you can expect to find all your Japanese favourites on the menu here, cooked, prepared and served by superb staff. Sushi, sashimi, ko yushi, teppanyaki. As you would expect, the selection of seafood and fish is outstanding. When it comes to drinks, the signature cocktails are rather special, not least the Red Mist, complete with Disaronno and Yamazaki.
